Hi! I'm Alexus Williams, a dedicated World Impact Real Estate agent of Northwest Florida. As a proud native of Florida’s Panhandle, I’m honored to call this beautiful region home. My passion for real estate began early when I became a first-time home buyer, purchasing a brand new build at the age of 19. Since then, I’ve taken on full renovation projects, flipped properties and worked my way up to waterfront property. Now, I’m accepting clients to help others achieve their own real estate goals.

My previous life as a traveling nurse took me all over Florida and the United States, but it only reaffirmed one thing: there's no place i'd rather be than where the emerald waters and sugary white sands meet whether it’s on the boat, fishing, or swimming and relaxing. My favorite beach towns along the Emerald Coast—30A, Destin, Panama City Beach, Rosemary, Seaside, and Pensacola offer their own unique charm. As a mother, I know firsthand how important it is to find not only the perfect home, but a good school in a safe, welcoming community. Destin and Fort Walton Beach were recently awarded the 2025 Family Travel Award for Best Beaches in the World, and we’re fortunate to have top-rated school districts in our area, including Walton County, ranked #1 in the state.
